Football, Football, Football...it's that time of year. HS and College got started last week (go Lions and Gators), and tonight marks the start of the NFL (Pittsburgh vs. Tennessee) and our very own MMS Black Panthers who take on Danville at 5 P.M. Get out there and support our guys on the field and the young ladies who do a great job cheering them on!
School Board Meeting
On Tuesday night of this week we had a great board of directors meeting for our district. At this meeting, the Milton school celebrated teachers who had retired and those who had just been hired for this year. It was great to see everyone there...even though Mr. Slater didn't tell me to be there at 6:15 P.M. Afterwards Mrs. Trate put on a rockin' PowerPoint display. Here are some pictures from the evening.
